Summer Learning Institutes Registration - August 4 - 20, 2009
*Note: Public and external applicants. If you are not a "permanent" DDSB employee OR do not have a Lotus Notes password you will have to create an account first

follow Steps 1, 2 and 3 below)
Step 1: REGISTER on PD Place using your Lotus Notes login and password -
once you register your status on PD Place will show as "Pending"
Step 2: COMPLETE the attached
registration form
and submit with your
payment to Staff Development.
Step 3: PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION -
Once payment has been received, your registration will be confirmed by email and
your status will be changed from "Pending" to "Attending".
Please Note: There will be NO REFUNDS unless your course has been canceled.
About PDPlace
PD Place is the source of information for events and professional development in the
Durham District School Board
For employees, your username is firstname lastname - leave a space between your
first and last name (no underscore is necessary). Your password is your Lotus
Notes/Intranet password. After logging in you can access board events, meetings, in-services, and workshops.
